Go Paul go!  Keep it up?  you eating better?  Owen (the scout) is still talking about all of you ultralite gear from our stay together at the Gravel Spring shelter when u were up north in VA 5 days ago.  We saw a bear as we were leaving the park to head home and the scout and dad that missed the shelter last sunday night saw a bear and three cubs on top of hogback!   we just missed seeing the bears there too.  We learned this when we ran into them at ElkWallow midday on monday.  Travel safe....
